You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is locked out and no trade, account or strategy is deleted: anything above Free's limits stays saved and read-only, and comes back when you upgrade. Two Free rules do delete things, and you are told before either applies: screenshots on trades older than 60 days are deleted 60 days after the move, and a Free account with no activity for 60 days is deleted. If a payment fails, we retry it first; if every retry fails, the account moves to Free the same way.
Free accounts with no activity for 60 days are deleted — only Free ones; paid accounts never are. You get two emails first, 14 days and 3 days before, each with a link that signs you in (which resets the clock) and a link to export your data. Any sign-in or new trade resets it too.
Yearly billing takes 25% off and rounds down to the whole dollar, so both paid plans end up at or above 25% off — $22 and $37 a month. It is charged once up front: $264 and $444 a year. Each card shows the per-month figure so the plans stay comparable, with the annual total beneath it.
Yes, in either direction, and it does not delete a single trade you have already journaled. Upgrading unlocks everything at once — older trades included, because they were always there. Moving down is the only thing to watch: dropping to Free stops auto-sync and locks trades older than 30 days, and a smaller playbook makes the extra strategies read-only.
Two things, at two levels. A connection is one broker login: Basic allows up to 5 connections, each with up to 10 accounts — fifty accounts in total. Accounts you import by CSV or log by hand are not limited on Basic or Pro.
A Desk is a peer community inside RECAPITAL, run by a lead — an independent trader, not an adviser. Leads post, review the closed trades members choose to share, and run a leaderboard ranked on the last 30 days; they never see a member's balance, capital or individual P&L, and the product blocks forward-looking calls. Anyone can join up to three Desks, on Free too. Running a Desk needs Basic or Pro and an approved application, so apply first rather than subscribing expecting to start one the same day. Nothing posted on a Desk is financial advice.
